We are happy to hear that many Americans who have not had insurance coverage are now finally getting the healthcare they need. We are committed to working on getting our practice on as many healthcare plans as possible.
However unfortunately at this time, we are not in network with the following plans:
- Humana Connect also known as Humana HUMx and Humana HMOx
- Coventry Carelink HMO
- Cigna Local Plus
- MyBlue
- Ambetter / Sunshine Health
- Molina Marketplace
- Medicaid
If our status changes with any of these plans in the future, we will update it on this website.
Medicare Advantage Plans
At this time, we are only in network with United Health AARP and Blue Medicare PPO.
